{"id":1584,"date":"2022-02-28T23:05:01","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T23:05:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kenobi.meva.net\/fr-nl\/?p=1584"},"modified":"2022-08-07T14:45:32","modified_gmt":"2022-08-07T13:45:32","slug":"coffrer-les-fondations-encore-plus-facilement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kenobi.meva.net\/fr-nl\/coffrer-les-fondations-encore-plus-facilement\/","title":{"rendered":"Coffrer les fondations encore plus facilement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">It was in 1981 that MEVA presented an innovation, the aluminum formwork walls + slabs, a modular aluminum formwork that is both very light, displaying an unusually low weight, and very resistant. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This manuportable formwork, without a crane \u2013 known today as AluFix \u2013 has since undergone several improvements to remain in line with customer needs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">What is the AluFix wall formwork system?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">By simplifying the workflow, with only a few standard parts to implement, it reduces formwork times on residential and tertiary sites, on renovation and infrastructure sites as well as on landscaping construction sites. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Lately, <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kenobi.meva.net\/fr-nl\/produits\/alufix\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">AluFix <\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">has been further optimized. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Adorned with a new colour, high-quality \u00ab\u00a0concrete grey\u00a0\u00bb powder coating, the new version is also equipped with a technical novelty that makes it even more efficient: all the 90 and 75 cm wide panels (available in 135, 150, 250, 270, 300 and 350 cm high) have been equipped with additional rod passages towards the inside of the panels, i.e. 20 cm from the frame, which facilitate the implementation of panels, in particular during the construction of foundation works.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">What are the advantages of using AluFix?<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Users need less material to attach formwork panels, which also saves time and labor. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Rods, spacers and hinged nuts, which are available on the construction site anyway, can now be fitted above the sealing plate in no time at all. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Perforated strips, trolleys and stretchers become superfluous. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">AluFix can easily be installed with bracing trusses, for example the SK 80 from MEVA. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The equipment and tools generally required for cutting the boards and installing the wooden stakes are therefore USELESS.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The best parts on construction sites are those that you don&rsquo;t need, those that you don&rsquo;t have to buy, transport, look for, install, clean, or even replace in the event of loss or damage. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The additional rod passages available on the 75 and 90 cm wide AluFix panels therefore further improve production rates and speed up work progress.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3907 img-fluid lazyload \" src=\"https:\/\/kenobi.meva.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Foundation-News-Flange-Screw.jpg\" alt=\"Foundation-News-Flange\" width=\"630\" height=\"473\" \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was in 1981 that MEVA presented an innovation, the aluminum formwork walls + slabs, a modular aluminum formwork that is both very light, displaying an unusually low weight, and very resistant.
